Rates: Do Not include
9% Vermont Tax.
Deposits: 20% of the payment is due on booking. The balance including
Vermont tax is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card, checks, money orders and PayPal (info@cmsvermont.com) are accepted forms of payment. No personal checks accepted within 10 days of arrival.
Cancellations:
If reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposit is refunded by Company check less a 5% booking fee.
If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, 50% of total lodging is forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival,
or no-shows, will forfeit 100% lodging & applicable taxes. No refunds for unused portion of stay (e.g. early checkout).
Pets: A fully refundable pet deposit of $50 is required with final payment. Full refund contingent
upon unit inspection following rental.
Telephones: Each unit is equipped with a telephone.
Local calls can be dialed direct. Cell phone reception is very sporadic so please consider purchasing a calling card.
